We build pools to last — and we stand behind our work.

This is a simple overview of what’s covered. Full details are outlined in your contract.

Pool shell (structure)

7-year structural warranty

Your pool shell is covered for structural issues related to how it was built.

Gunite (concrete shell material)

10-year structural warranty + lifetime ASR protection

We use an ASR-certified mix from Prestige Gunite of South Texas.

• 10-year structural warranty (ensures the pool holds water)
• Lifetime warranty against ASR (a common cause of concrete failure)
• Covered for the original owner

Plaster finish

5-year warranty

Covers defects in material or installation that affect performance. Normal wear and aging over time is expected and not considered a defect.

Equipment

3-year manufacturer warranty

All equipment is provided by Jandy and installed by a qualified professional.

• Most equipment: up to 3-year warranty
• Heaters: 1-year (up to 5 years on heat exchangers)
• Valves: lifetime on select components

Warranty coverage is provided directly by the manufacturer.

What’s not covered

• Normal wear and aging
• Cosmetic changes over time
• Improper use or lack of maintenance
• Chemical imbalance or water issues
• Damage from third-party work or modifications
• External factors (soil movement, drainage, etc.)

Ownership

This warranty applies to the original owner and is non-transferable.
