By accessing or using the Golden Hour Pools website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Communications Consent
By providing your phone number to Golden Hour Pools, you consent to receive SMS messages related to:
- Account verification
- Appointment reminders
- Project updates
- Customer support communications
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. You may reply HELP for assistance.
3. Use of Website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.
4. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your personal information or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website or services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Golden Hour Pools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
7. Pool Cleaning Subscription
By subscribing to Golden Hour Pool Care, you agree to a monthly recurring charge of $250. This is billed automatically to the payment method you provide at signup. It covers weekly service for one pool, any size.
Each visit includes vacuuming, chemical balancing, and equipment checks. We service pools in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, and surrounding areas in central Texas. Scheduling depends on your service area and route availability. We’ll coordinate timing with you directly.
You can cancel anytime through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused weeks within a paid month.
We may adjust pricing with 30 days’ written notice. If that happens, you can cancel before the new rate applies.
We’re not responsible for pre-existing equipment issues, structural damage, or anything outside the scope of routine cleaning. If we spot something that needs repair, we’ll flag it for you, but that’s a separate conversation.
