What $250 buys

Everything a clean pool needs.

Your tech

Same person, every week

One tech, not a rotating crew. They learn your pool, your equipment and your gate code, and they text to introduce themselves before the first visit.

Your reports

Proof of every visit

The biggest complaint about pool cleaners is not knowing if anyone came. After every visit, you get a report with photos and your water readings.

Questions

Fair questions

Yes. That’s what the one-time clean is for: $350 for two visits, chemicals included. Dark green water can take more than two visits. If yours will, we’ll tell you before the first visit and quote the extra visits, and we won’t do them without your OK. Starting weekly service instead? We’ll quote any cleanup before your first visit.

Start as soon as possible, or pick a date when you sign up. If you pick a date, you aren’t charged until then. A one-time clean is paid when you book, and the first visit is our next open day on your route or the date you pick.

The same day every week. Your tech tells you which day when they text before the first visit. For a one-time clean, we text you after you pay to schedule both visits. The second is within 7 days of the first.

Yes. We clean any pool, whoever built it.

Yes. $250 a month, any size pool. One flat price keeps it simple, the same reason we build three pool sizes at three published prices. The one-time clean is $350 for any size, too.

Yes, on any pool. Repairs aren’t part of the $250. If we spot something, we send you a photo and a price, and you decide.

You can cancel anytime by logging in on our website with your email, or by texting or calling your cleaning line. Service runs through the month you’ve paid for. You can cancel a one-time clean for a full refund until the day before your first visit. After the first visit, it isn’t refundable.

No. We just need gate access. You get a report when we’re done.

If we can’t get in, or have to skip a visit for weather or safety, we’ll let you know and come back later that week. If we miss a week entirely, you get a credit on your next payment.
